VELVET.

Well this was an outfit I decided on without much thought. I 've had these velvet trousers for ages but never worn them. They are navy and velvet and pegged so .. what's not to love. I think they do need to be taken in a bit as they look like harem pants, and they are not supposed to be like that! Mentioning harem pants; i have a serious 'hate' relationship with them.

SHEER.BLACK.KHAKI

Sheer is one of the elements I'm loving lately. It allows you to mix textures and create a great look with not much effort. When it comes to mixing textures, I love total black outfit. But I decided that this sheer khaki shirt has been in the closet too long so it had to come out. I'm still obsessed with these studded babies.

I almost screamed when I saw this green fur jacket. I have been looking for one for ages. I just love the colour and I just love this look. I normally do a post with my street style picks, but this girl (and her green fur jacket) deserves her own post.

I got this fur coat last week. I can't stop myself from wanting more. I need some serious shopping therapy. Christmas is approaching!!

BLUE.NAVY.

I don't do posts on celebrities outfits but the Olsens are not just celebrities. You must give them credit for having such distinct style and managing to pull off anything they wear.

I just love the simplicity of Mary Kate's outfit and the colours...I'm a fan of the dark side. And may I just add that I want that jacket so bad! I also observed that the Olsen sisters have probably the best collection of fur jackets, one that any furry lover would envy. Maybe I'll do a post on that later in the week, as I am also obsessed with anything furry.

BACK TO BASICS

I have a tendency of going basic sometimes..meaning a t-shirt and a pair of skinny jeans when I plan to wear something chunky. It looks better, and chic with a twist. I love this cardi. It's so warm that you don't need a jacket. No offence to jackets. I love you too!

SHOE CANDY

It's one of the best seasons this a/w as regards to shoes in my opinion. High street & designer shoes just seem perfect. I tend to be fussy on shoes because they have a special place in my heart. I love what a pair of shoes can do to any outfit and always thought that it's best to choose the shoes first and then the outfit.

The Prada ones in the first picture are so chic, so high and just plain beautiful. The Giuseppe Zanotti wedges in the second picture, have been on my mind for a long time now. I love leopard. I need at least one of these asap.

Grey and black are my favorite colours when it comes to clothes. This fur jacket is one of my great loves and I can't seem to get it off. But I'm searching for furs in dark green, white or beige. And another black one. I tend to get excessive. On many levels.
